R3 W8... Wow!!!

Fantastic run this morning and this time I paced myself. I had encouragement from my boss yesterday, who is also a runner, to run at my own pace. I am looking forward to my next run!!!

Wise words from your boss, your runs, at your pace, no one else's! The podium awaits! Go you 💥😄

I definitely listened to him. He runs 6 miles most days and marathons. I'll do a whole marathon one day 🏃🏿‍♀️

Well done you! 👍

You know what to do for week 9. Just three runs left.

He does 10km most days? I don't think I could fit that in more than once a week (not that I'm at that distance yet).

Thank you and my boss runs to and from work. I walk to work twice a week. Bring on week 9 😜

Hi Gracious....great to hear you've stopped competing with Hussein Bolt🤣😂 and you've found your own pace. Makes a huge difference to run a comfortable and relaxed pace. You've got this 😁....no sweat.... literally. 👏👏🏃‍♀️🙋🐢🐌
