I have making excuses all day as to why I didn't go for my run today. I came onto the forum (which I only found last week) and had a read through posts, found inspiration and have just completed week 6 run 1. Back to feeling pleased with myself and enthusiastic again. So a big thank you too you all.

We'll done!! I dreaded week 6 but I am now on week 7. One day I think I have hit my limit and then the next I am doing more. 3 constant runs this week. Hoping they get easier!! Enjoy!!
