Third Year Runversary

Yesterday, to the day, I completed the above. As a ‘lockdown’ graduate I opted to run the same route I did back then, running around my house (when restriction rules were in place). Oddly reminiscent. Nevertheless, 449 runs later it shows that you can run almost anywhere, and what a great starting point C25K is. More importantly, is how this forum gives you the encouragement to continue running.

So keep running everyone, wherever you run 😊

This is amazing 🤩 Massive congratulations to you on your runniversary! How many laps is that? You’ve got next level dedication to do manage so many.

Where are you running now? I bet you’ve had some adventures since the restrictions were eased. Running is such a brilliant sport and this is a brilliant inspiring post. Thanks for sharing! 🏃‍♀️💪❤️

It’s about 61 times around, and remarkably I don’t get dizzy, just in the zone of running.

I now run wherever I find myself, both home and abroad, I’ll have to post up some of the unusual spots!

Thanks for your ongoing support.

Congratulations on your 3rd anniversary on graduating from C25K and running the exact same course, on the occasion of my 5th anniversary from C25K I also ran at the exact same place, however, it wasn't around my house but along a promenade at a seaside town about 40 miles from where I live.

What year are you in now?

I’ve got some catching up to do I think 🤔

I ran run 1 of week 1 of C25K on 18th April 2018 and ran run 3 of week 9, my graduation run on 18th June 2018, so that makes nearly 5 and a half years since I graduated.,

I have now ran at 101 parkruns, 173 (not ) parkruns, 44/10Ks, 7/ten mile runs and ran with a little walking 3 half marathons, that is nothing compared to some runners on this forum.

Lol wow!!! 🤩🤩🤩 I just calculated how many circles in my house I’d have to do, and it would be 178.

But using the garden, I’d be probably the same number of rounds! If I’d cut through one hedge!

🤣🤣🤣

Awesome!

That’s funny 😆

Maybe we should set a one off challenge that every runner has to complete at least one run around their house!

🤣 but sadly there isn't a simple circuit around my house. I haven't measured it but it would be about 1km

Happy runniversary!

but you’d only need to do it 5 times, so that’s a bonus 🤣
