Today I started W7R1 and was excited to get going but alas I woke up to lots of rain outside.
I decided to wait it out and try and go after work if it was dry. I've noticed a massive change in me- I spent the entire day wishing it would stop raining so I could go out! I would've been wishing it WOULD rain before!
Logged off at 5 and went out. YAY! I definitely think I'm a morning runner though.. I found it so tough! I had drunk lots of water since my last run, didn't go too fast and did lots of deep breathing but was SO tired. Felt like I had overheated 5 minutes in! But I didn't stop and I completed my run and even managed a sprint at the end! I can do this!
Anyone else find they run better at different times of the day?

I’ve just got home after W7R2. I meant to do it this am but woke up too late - plus it was raining. I switched to am runs the other week and found I preferred it to pm, but I did find the run this eve okay, apart from it being a bit blustery on the sea front!
Yes I do prefer the am runs, they seem easier - but not too early though . I was going out about 8am as Hubby & I had a couple of weeks off, but now we’re both back at work we have to be out at 6’ish and I struggle waking up early enough for that 🤣🤣
Yes I’ve decided I’m definitely a morning runner - cooler, not so busy and I’m in a better place in my head without all the day stuff getting in the way. Definitely morning 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️👍🏃♂️
