After starting my return to C25K in autumnal Warrington, for my second week I decided that despite being on holiday in Rhodes I needed to keep going and brought my running shoes with me. Even in temperatures of 26 degrees, I found early evening runs along the coast with a cooling breeze were fine. Also great to run somewhere new and enjoy the scenery. Three runs now complete this week and looking forward to starting week 3 when I get back home.

Week 2 - C25K on holiday
🍏🙌Holiday runs are awesome as your photo tells us your story! Well done for making the effort and finding a time of day that you could cope with! Enjoy week 3 on home territory
Simply lovely! Thank you for sharing... this is so welcome on a foggy cold morning ehre in the UK
Well done you!
Lovely pic!
you are DEF a runner taking your running shoes with you..they are the first thing I pack…and I absolutely love a run on the beach…my fav was Montego Bay, but it was so hot I had to retire to the dreadmill in the air conditioned gym because it was boiling and I can’t even run in British heat nevermind over there!!!
Well done you…running on holiday will only make your holiday more enjoyable…enjoy the rest too though!!
This is a wonderful time of year to be in Greece, make the most of the warm weather. I've just got back and it's a little bit chilly here!!
Running abroad is great, isn't it?
