Today is a special day for me as I am proud to share that I have successfully completed the challenging “Couch to 5k” plan here in Brazil. This achievement was made possible through the inspiration I received from my daughter living in the United Kingdom and the valuable guidance from the NHS podcast.
The NHS podcast, which my daughter recommended to me, was a crucial tool throughout the process. It not only provided clear instructions for the workouts but also an extra dose of motivation . And now, looking back, I am amazed at how much I have achieved. Completing “Couch to 5k” is not just about the distance covered but also about the confidence and discipline I developed along the way.
I am grateful to my daughter for her inspiration and to the NHS for providing the necessary tools for this accomplishment. This journey reminded me that no matter where you are in the world, with determination and support, it is possible to achieve your fitness goals. And now, I am ready to take on new challenges and explore more opportunities for well-being.
