Well, I have thoroughly enjoyed this Couch to 5K plan. I have loved overcoming many challenges and hurdles along the way. And, I am feeling 10 years younger!

Enjoy the Easter Egg, you deserve it, remember to run about 6/30 minute consolidation runs before you think of increasing the distance to 10K, after those runs you could try Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan, not an app but a training course a little like C25K.
