Park run - NHS couch To 5k club

Like me, I see there are a number of new park runners. If everyone registered as NHS couch to 5k runners I wonder how many in the UK there would be?!

I don't know if everyone knows to register to the Nhs c25k club. I did not realise you could till I saw my first result and noticed there was a c25k runner. Now proudly registered of course!

If you go to your profile you can edit it and scroll down the running club option and select nhs etc. and then save

I realised I could register as a C25K member when I saw that someone had summarised the C25K runners in one blog. I then updated my details last night to make sure that my first Park Run was as a C25K runner!

Only done one parkrun but hadn't refgistered as NHS C25k till later. The run now shows me as registered! It's never too late.

When I first registered for the Park Run two days ago, I did not know I can register as a C25K runner. I looked under C25K but it comes under 'N', as 'NHSc25K'. When I found out that, I edited my registration under NHSc25K. I am looking forward to my next Park Run and only wish I started to do them earlier, I never had the courage!
