OMG 😲 I can't believe I've just completed W5 R1 in the p*****g rain and wind. Heavens opened, soaked through but it damn well took my mind off counting down the 5 mins runs. Did I enjoy it? Erm I wouldn't go that far but I didn't hate it either. Now pass me the hairdryer and the straighteners!

I'd kill myself without my specs though I do wear contact lenses from time to time ..... not during the week as I spend two hours on the road when working weekdays. Tired eyes, tired legs; in fact just plain TIRED but not tiring of C25K 😀

Times like that when you wish they had windscreen wipers for glasses! I've yet to sample the delight of running in the rain, but that's my worry - not being able to see where I'm going!

Though probably my worst experience that way was cycling to work and finding my glasses had apparently steamed up. Gave them a wipe with fingers and found it was hard frost! The temp was minus 4. Carried on without said glasses - fortunately not that short sighted.
