Week 5 run 2 today and the last couple of minutes were hard but do-able. I run in undulating hills with uphill to finish and I felt it!However, at the end of the first 8 mins I definitely felt I could keep going and the 5 min recovery walk felt too long to be honest. After some excellent advice and support on here around week 5 I have changed my mindset around the 20min run: this will be Thursday or Friday and I am looking forwards to seeing how I get on with it. Happy running, all ππͺπββοΈ
