So I completed c25k a few years back and then lots happened, my dad who I loved dearly passed a way and I just got lost in grief π I to this day miss him so much! πSo after work today I went out for a run and felt amazing , running or jeffing ( is so good for my mental health)
I hope I make him proud x
So I just wanted to say to fellow runners or Jeffers or walkers , you are all amazing .π
