Running in the Rain

This morning I woke to a rainy humid morning with a warning of Thunderstorms. Having been caught out in the open before and seeing a lighting strike in the field next to the path I decided to run in a built up area. So off I went running as the rain soaked me, funny as it was warm, ish and the humidity was up high it didn't seem to matter. I did an easy 5k in under 40 mins without any push so at 76 I arrived home dripping wet with a big smile feeling a lot younger.
