Life has thrown me off my schedule but it happens.

So my dog has been unwell and needed overnight vet stay plus all day yesterday she’s much better now.

i have not been sleeping and didn’t do my run

This morning I just couldn’t get up needed sleep more than the run so plan now is run w5r2 tomorrow and then r3 Sunday or Monday we will see how it goes

Or might just restart week 5 next week not sure yet see how I feel

🍏🤗Life certainly happens and the runs need to wait. Glad to hear your dog is much better. Hopefully a good nights sleep will help you make the right decision. Let us know how you get on! X

A happy and healthy dog is equally important! It is not a setback. You did great. Run the runs at your convenience, and enjoy them.

It’s awful when pets are unwell. They really are members of the family. So glad things are improving and hope they make a swift and full recovery. The runs will be there when you’re ready.

thank you all.

Brandy our dog us doing much better thankfully.

Slept well last night and felt energised this morning. Run 2 fab can’t believe the 2 8 min runs seem easier than week 1 and 2 runs. It’s amazing.

This program is excellent:)

This forum and your support is excellent THANK YOU 😊
