Week 4 completed

Oh my goodness! I am amazed and so happy bit now the real hard work is starting from next week. Just looking at the program and how it changes run times within a week is staggering.

But...I know I can do it! I'm not going to be too hard on myself if I need to take it slower or potentially repeat a week if it's not going well. Positive thinking needed!

Well done!!! It’s amazing isn’t it, if you remember back to how you felt in week one?! Give yourself a good pat on the back. I’m just a week ahead of you and know how you feel about the shift up in W5 but you can honestly do this. With me, 95% of it is in my head. So I make sure I have on a really good and distracting music playlist, and just push on. I always find the first bit the hardest but then before you know it you are already halfway done. You can do this. You have already run 16 minutes, and W5R1 is in fact a minute less. πŸ‘ And then once you realise can do that, then run two is just joining it up a bit more. Due my W5R3 tomorrow and going in with a clear head and can do attitude. We can do this! X

Thank you for this, made me think of how I felt in the previous weeks and I know it's going to be more of a battle with my mind!

Well done for getting through it too 😁
