Was a killer because literally on the 3rd step of the first 60 seconds run... My right hip said, "nope, not playing ". Felt like a numbed down sciatica. Thought, "sod it, if I don't try I'll curse myself all evening", so I hobbled along. The end of the 60 seconds came surprisingly quickly. Then it wax just a case of, "I've done one, I'll do another" and so it went on. Lol. No cow pats or wee today so... Added bonus.
Got home, tried to find podcast for 2nd week. No joy except through iTunes app. Finally found them here:
