So, my first C25K course is off to a good start.
One of the group said she wasn't comfortable after the warm up walk but I'd emphasized the need to keep the pace down during my initial talk and everyone completed all 8 runs with no apparent problems.
I figured that all running at the same easy pace was a good way to minimize any subsequent aches and pains so that's what we did.
Each minutes run seemed to be over in no time and I think some of the group were surprised when I announced that we'd completed all 8 runs. Hopefully, the course will continue in the same way.
