definitely “ body achieves what the mind believes” this morning !

Just Glad it’s happened today and not on no.27 as I really want to enjoy that one xx

We are so much tougher that we think we are! ❤️🏃‍♀️💪

Those runs are excellent ones to finish-I hope you’re super proud of yourself. Sometimes heavy legs can be related to being dehydrated-it’s hard in the hot weather but it might be something to bear in mind. You can always slow down too-even if it already feels like going backwards if you’re anything like me!!! The weather really is a challenge at the moment.

Enjoy some well earned rest!

Weird I just found out my park run is cancelled on Saturday so glad I got that extra run in at bank holiday now! I still plan to get up and do a freedom run just to see what my time is xx

Sorry about your parkrun. It will be extra sweet when you get there!

I’m going to do a freedom run and go round by myself just to see what my time is x it’s annoying cos it’s been cancelled due to a cider and sausage event that’s on from 2-4pm x we go off at 9am why does it have to be cancelled ! Just doesn’t make sense to me but yes must stay positive xx

🍏👏⭐️ You did it!!! Yes we sometimes have to push through believing we can and will… these runs make us mentally stronger! It’s good to also take stock and ask why? Sometimes there are no answers.. but it may be dehydration… we need far more fluid on these hot days… sometimes we run faster than our usual pace too early.. sometimes it’s a new route we are not used to etc etc However whatever it was … you overcame and that’s the best outcome possible!! Well done!! We are proud of you!! ⭐️
