Well.... I realised today that I accidentally ran the wrong run last time... I set my watch using the c25k spreadsheet, because I prefer to run in silence, but instead of doing the week 1 run three times, I read it wrong and set my watch to week 2 by mistake, thinking it was run 2!! Oh dear.. Anyway today I did what would have been week 2 run 1 again, and I'll do it once or twice more before I move on, so that should catch me up to where I should have been. Anyway it was still good!

🍏🤣these things happen so easily, don’t they. All extra practice so all good! Wonderful to run in silence & listen to the sounds around you. 💝
