Take it slow and steady, the program has been working at building your strength and stamina, plenty of water today and just go out and enjoy it, easy to overthink it but it's just another run :)

Do you mean that you did not have a rest day between runs? That is not wise and will increase your injury risk. Rest days are part of the plan and as important as run days.

If you have qualms about W5R3 then read this healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You can do this.

Drink plenty of water today and do your stretches. Then set off tomorrow and see how it goes. The worst that is likely to happen is you get part way and it’s all too much - so then it becomes a practice run, and after the next rest day, you see if you can get a bit further. 😊 If you’re still a bit wobbly after illness and need a couple of practice runs to get back to fitness, it’s not a crime!

I completed Week 5 Run 3 on Tuesday evening. It had been about a week and a half since completing Week 5 Run 2, so was a bit apprehensive. However, it was surprisingly easy. Just make sure you pace yourself and don't go too fast. Break it down too, its only 4 chunks of 5 minutes. You've got this.
