Couldn't really sleep last night due to the run today, nervous and excited to run more than walk. Changed my route to freshen things up and it all came together.

Fair play! Sunny here for a change, and I'm right there with you with WK4R1. The last 5 minutes were tough, but I went for the snail shuffle and then speed up with the last of my reserves for the final 30 seconds. I'm actually looking forward to the rest of these weeks runs after a brief panic when I looked at the run schedule. Was also the first run with only a compression top and a cycling gilet (cos I've yet to buy additional running gear). Go Spring!
Well done! I felt the same yesterday and really didnβt want to have a day off before run 2 wk4 tomorrow. I used to hate running - out with people who were good at it and tried to make you keep going for a certain distance and there was no end in sight! Whereas this feels achievable. Love it!
