I did this one before breakfast today... It felt good... Also to be doing c25k again. At first I felt like I "shouldn't" need to, like that I had been running longer times and should just get back to it properly... But now that I'm doing it, it feels right to build up again like this and also it feels more manageable, like I'll be out and back again in half an hour, rather than putting pressure on myself to do certain distances!

A very good, and sensible plan RunningJ123! I am also building back up gradually but it’s difficult not to try and continue running for longer. Slow and steady build up is the way forward! Can’t wait to read about your journey. Best of luck 🤗
