Folkylass A delightful run on the towpath beside the River Tyne at sunrise. The tide was beginning to recede along with the dawn chorus. Fresh & beautiful out as the first rays of light played out on the water.. How I loved that cool air on my face and my arms.. without music & gadgets there’s time to enjoy the rhythmic movement of my body running gently & easily.. time to think & plan & pray…… A run easy to savour & enjoy without the pressure of fartleks and paces … an incredibly relaxing way to start a new day! Challenge done ✅ Thank you 😊
