2023: W9R3 done! I am back!

Hello everyone. Today I finished my 3rd run of week 9.

I want to write a few things. Not to brag, but because it might help someone:

Here is my story in short:

- I graduated for the umpteenth time.

- last time covid interrupted my running.

- there was an extremely large amount of work at that time.

Everyone wanted to be online regardless of what they had neglected in IT for years.

- then I got sick too with covid and was really sick then.

- and then came the time when my mother was dying.

This meant a lot of great worry and commuting.

The result was my complete exhaustion and burnout and (probably becouse of covid too)

major spinal problems. I gained weight..

- At the beginning of this year I decided to go on a diet and lost approximately 18 kg.

- In the end, after an unsuccessful rehabilitation, I had to go to the spa for a month anyway due to problems with my spine.

- It was not only the cervical spine that hurt my arm, but also the lumbar spine. I stopped being able to lift the tip of my left foot. I walked like a stork and then the question was whether I would even be able to continue walking.

However, it got a little better after the spa, so when I got back from the spa, I thought I'd try walking W1R1. At least as much as possible.

When I can't run, walking sure is better than nothing!

And when that was going well, I tried a little jogging. Just very slowly. Almost like walking.

And now I'm here! W9R9!

I'm writing this because if I can do it, so can you! Absolutely sure!

I am aware that this is a very fragile victory.

But I'm happy for him. I celebrated a little today and bought myself a little sweet treat.

Thank you all for your encouragement and good luck!

Happy running!

And you know what:

Can you do it! :-)

Well done lusmo , not least because of all the challenges you've faced, and the terrain on which you've been running.
