This morning marked my last official c25k run, and I did it!I am over the moon and in a bit of disbelief to be at this point ... 10 weeks ago whilst I getting ready to start the programme I hoped to be in this position, but wasn't sure that I could actually do it.
Plan from here is to do some consolidation runs, then have a go at my local parkrun in a few weeks' time... Then start to look at bridge to 10k π€πΌ
Thank you for the lovely words of encouragement to my previous posts, they've really spurred me on - this is a lovely community and I look forward to continuing to read about everyone's running!
