I’m actually starting to enjoy running. I’m lucky to have a common with a meadow and woodlands nearby. The trees have kept me cooler in the hot weather, and it has been great to see the changing seasons unfold over the C25k journey. Getting back to do a local park run is starting to become a reality. 😀😀😀

🍏A girl after my own heart… taking in the seasons, and the beauty around you adds so much joy to this incredible running journey.. The vibe of a Park Run is a great treat as& very different to the quiet woodland run… both amazing …we can run wherever we choose… how blessed are we!

I absolutely loved my first full year of running. You are so right about seeing the seasons change around you being such a source of beauty and joy ❤️❤️❤️
