I made it, and I made it in my own time, a few weeks longer due to repeat running in the early weeks whilst I worked on losing a bit from round the middle, but 'pat me on the back' I flipping made it and indeed lost some inches where I needed to
I am so pleased that I reinstalled this app for what I think is the 3rd time, but this time my mind was focused, just turned 47 with most of my adult years spent being overweight but telling myself that I was fit and could lose the extra stones when I chose to, I couldn't, there was always an excuse, a weekend away, a holiday, the poor weather, maybe even too hot to start it, excuses, that's what they were. Well this time I knew I had around 15 weeks until I had a holiday, 3 weeks left until such holiday and I have already sourced out where to do my 30 mins running whilst there, even getting myself some new running shoes
Thanks to those that did this before me, for supporting me and to those yet to go or whom have just kicked it off, trust the process, trust yourself and do it in good spirits, it works, it is extremely satisfying and ultimately life changing
