Alarm set for 5am …awake at 04:30 😂 up and out to my park from childhood which has a nice 3.7k perimeter, felt good but 20 minutes into my run I felt BRILLIANT !! , 25 minutes in Laura said “if your feeling tired” but I felt like I could go on and on I was gutted when my 30 minutes where up but I have to be sensible and build up to the 5 k ….first park run planned with my mate for August 12th ……onwards and upwards I’m going to run 2-3 times a week before work and keep this going …I’m going to stay here a while and offer advice to anyone who may need it 🙏have a great day everyone I’m soo pumped now 💪👌

Well done on your graduation Tux! And on getting up so early. Hope your first Park Run goes well. The 12th may be my first too after consolidating for the next couple of weeks. I had my first post grad run yesterday and wasn't quite ready to leave Reece behind so I did W9 R3 again! Happy running! 🏃‍♂️
