Ran in the rain Sunday evening alone in the park , must admit I got a bit scared so ran along a path with apartments overlooking the park and carried my run out of the park. I completed it but was difficult , partly due to my mind telling me horror stories 🙃 . I find it difficult to regulate my breathing also . I run slowly and I check in with my posture . I breath through my mouth could that be the issue? I seem to recover well and reading for the next run .I find it hard to breath through my nose is that the issue? Rest day today but will go for a walk . Tomorrow week 5 I am enjoying my runs I definitely have the running bug just wish I didn’t get so out of breath . Tomorrow I’m bringing my music ❤️

I have an issue too with breathing I run in through the nose out through the mouth but I seem to complete at least 4 steps or more for each complete breath .

if you’re having trouble with your breathing just slow right down 🙂👍.

As you work through the runs, you’ll find a rhythm through continually matching your steps to your breaths. Go really steadily and it will come 🙂👍
