was harder than the last run. Find my legs get very heavy. May have to repeat this run! Will see after a day of rest. Still managed to complete it. Woo hoo

Week 6 is tough, and you’re most certainly not alone! You can absolutely do it again if you’d like, but if you completed it, you’re in a great position to take on run 3. It’s often (counterintuitively) easier than the first two runs of the week because you don’t have the walk break interrupting your rhythm and your mindset is set for a continuous run. See you you feel after some rest.

Really well done! It’s a great achievement to get through a tough run and one you can remind yourself of the next time a challenging one comes along.

yes, I think I will do run 3 next time having had a chance to reflect on it. Thanks for the insight.

The second run of any week can be tough just because you've worked harder on run 1 than before, an extra days non running rest can help

I may well do this. A bit of time to recover is always good!
