Back on to canal with new leg, struggled with breathing due to high humidity(asthmatic), I managed 25 minutes today so quite happy with leg performance. First 15 minutes pace was 9:34 per km, but next 10 minutes it dropped to 10:48, need to improve fitness, as I can't blame leg now.

A really good run. Was the leg still comfortable for the whole time? Or did it start to slip and rub? Great news if you can keep going without discomfort now.

No problems with slipping or rubbing, but as this is a full contact socket, I have new pressure points on Stu, so need to build up distance and time on new leg, getting there slowly, must remember that I was still using crutches for 2 months when I had my first leg, so I'm getting on quite well.
