I failed miserably on Saturday barely lasting 10 minutes before a stitch finished me off
So this evening I attempted the dreaded twenty minutes again and did it !! I felt so pleased I kept going for another 12 minutes and couldn't be more pleased.
Thanks everyone for your encouragement it certainly helped me.
So anyone who doesn't achieve what they set out to do don't get down and put it down to experience. You will reach your goal. This from someone who hasn't run since school days over 30 years ago. GO LAURA

WELL DONE that man! And next time you are not able to complete the run you aimed for, you'll know you will do next time, or the next. It's a great learning curve this sort of blip I found.
Brilliant. You must be a happy chappie!!! I'm doing W5 R2 for the fourth time on Thursday, I changed to a harder route. I will be doing this one Saturday morning!!!
Thanks all, yes a very happy chappie indeed. After I failed on Saturday I had some serious doubts about carrying on. Now I'm more convinced than ever that I will carry on to the end, and get through any other disappointments along the way
