Actually completed a funrun last week! 😁 More like a fun run/walk but I completed it all the same and felt so proud of myself. Even had enough left in the tank to jog to the finish line! I used to hate running and thought I was the only person in the world who couldn't run, but I'm actually starting to enjoy it. Signed up for my next fun run in a couple of weeks time too! 😆

That’s excellent Flora! Enjoying our runs is an important part of being able to run better, run further & run a bit faster… it keeps those naughty gremlins at bay too.. So pleased for you 😌
