Second run of the week and I, wait for it ... enjoyed it! A certain person on here will be happy - oh, yeah baby, a high-five, fist-bumpy, mojo-adjacent run! π€ππ«£
First time I have used the Nike Run app and I really wished I'd been using it to record runs all along. It very definitely helped having a voice again - even an American happy-clappy voice. Coach Whatshisface is really excellent; sincere, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and preaching to us all, not just the very, very serious young and fast-ies.
Setting off at a nice, easy pace is something I know, but it was good to be told and to have emphasised. Before I knew it I had settled into a rhythm that I maintained for the whole run - apart from rabbit photography, obvioulsy.
I think I will do this same run again - it's 25 minutes, which I extended to 28 for a total of 4.19k. There was more in the tank, but a busy day today, so I preserved a little energy for actual work.
