It happened yesterday at 6am, I did week 6 run 3, which for those at an earlier stage and whom haven't yet sneaked a peek forward it was a 25 minute run
I was so into the run, that I did not heed the earlier weeks advice from Steve 'the voice' Cram to think at the halfway stage to start turning back, i was a 45 minute walk back to home, but it just made my feeling of achievement stay with me longer, I strutted home
Couch to 5K works, it really does, but I guess those who are reading this may already know it, but if you are just starting this program, keep it going, just one foot in front of the other
Even from all my days at school which was 30+ years ago have I not ran for this long, or this confidently, I always used to say to others, I'll walk for many miles, I can walk all day, but running, nope that's not for me, I just can't do it, my body and mind says it's not a good thing, so just walk instead.... and here we are
Already set my date to kick off week 7, my original goal of completing the course by the end of July remains on track, I had always intended to repeat some earlier exercises as I knew I needed to lose a bit of weight
