No reason to sack Sarah just yet, I remember repeating W9R3 several times with Laura until I felt confident enough to do it all by myself!

Congratulations!!! How is Sarah these days? She came with me when I did c25k in 2020. Good to hear she's still out there😀. I took to running with comedy podcasts after graduation. It's not quite the same as taking Sarah out but they provide a good distraction-especially in that first 10 minutes!
