Completed W9R3. Can see that other members are referring to consolidation runs. Is there any guidance for this or should I just move on to Bridge to 10K?

Graduated today!
Congratulations... there is a post regarding consolidation where you settle into running for 30 minutes for a few weeks then gradually work on speed and distance
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the July graduation healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated, you can now run several 30 minute consolidation runs then the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, after that you can do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K.
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
Well done. Good advice here. I’ve just today completed my 8th consolidation run and plan to do one more. After that I’m going to try to shake it up a bit and do other type of runs. I got into a bit of a rut doing the same route over and over so I’m going to try to vary my route too.
Hi Fabat 50. We’re in about the same place and I felt in a rut also. Then I looked at JuJu’s plan and saw a 15 minute run as part of week 1. I ran it yesterday and it was such a treat, I felt so happy & energized for the rest of the day that I got excited all over about running (U think I just have to quit being impatient about being able to run a full 5k. Good luck to you and have fun!
Congratulations
Wow that’s fab. Can’t give any advice on consolidation as not there yet (hard on your heels though). Just wanted to add my congratulations 🥳👍💪👏🎉
