Well, that’s another one done. Week 3 R1. It seems odd celebrating the ability to run 3 minutes with all you amazing runners but I’m chuffed to bits. When my Doctor assured me I would get back to running eventually back in February I didn’t really believe him. It’s just a start but I’m feeling good. Tired by end of day after a run but it’s a nice tired, I’m sure you will understand what I mean. So glad to be back!
