First rehab run this morning after 10 days down with chesty cold/ flu. It was an effort of will to get out there but I’m so glad I did. It’s going to take a while to get back to running for 30 mins but today’s run was much less gruelling than I expected. Nice to be back!

Big effort to get out there but like you I’m so glad I did. It was cold, I wore a hat! I was warm after about 5 mins of running. It’s going to take me a while too.

Well done, so many people have been lurgy smitten. Go gently and listen to your body. 😀
I did my 3rd rehab run yesterday (went back to wk5) after a terrible December. So know exactly what you'e going through with that 'push' to get out. Well done!
