On the run! W3R1

Hi folkes, I don’t normally post before a run, but I’m a bit tired and a bit stiff so a bit nervous about my run today. So, I think the face is 😬 at the moment! But I’m going for it.

Tried to listen to a podcast on my last run, but it’s definitely not my thing. Back to music and the little park for this one, removing all of the potential obstacles. Here I go! Getting up, getting water and out I go! Already feeling a little bit better! 🙂

If you have an iOS or Android device you can get the One You Couch to 5k app which lets you play your own music app behind the coaching...

Hope the run went well.

Just back and everything worked out just fine! Mystery over and now armed with knowing what it’s like W3R1. It’s in the bag! Watch out W3! I’m after you!! 😁 It sure was hot, but plenty of water beforehand did the trick I think. ❤️

Well done!

Keeping hydrated (even on the rest days) helps the upcoming run. And stretching before and after run will help keeping yourself away from stiffness and stitches

Keep going! All the best!
