I have run for 20 minutes today and have ended my week 5 on an incredible high!! Well done to everyone that have been running this week! ❤️ I am still only doing laps around the field but I am loving it. Lots of smiles and "keep going" from my neighbours. I have also made some canine friends, and the other day, a bunch of teens decided to join me 🥰 in my last few minutes and we cross the finishing line together! Good luck to everyone next week! In the photo my 🏆 and me stretching after my run 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️

Absolutely fantastic! That one’s a huge milestone. If you didn’t believe you were a runner before, I really hope you do now!
Sometimes week 6 is a little tricky. It’s easy to go off too fast thinking it’s intervals again and still being on a bit of a high after week 5. I went off like a rocket and then struggled later! Try and keep it steady at the start and you’ll have a lovely time.

Congratulations on your run. It’s a lovely feeling to get these wins under your belt! There will be many more highs to come I’m sure. 😊
