it is a bigger jump than you've done previously but as long as you've done all the earlier runs you will be just fine!
Really!
Good lucki

Hi, just keep remembering that if you can run for 20 minutes you can run for 25 minutes, i did it and i couldn't run for a minute 7 weeks ago! Trust the programme it really works and take it slow...you can speed up later when you've cracked running for the necessary time. Go for it!

For me, w5r3 felt like a real milestone, but I didn't find w6r3 too bad at all. Actually it was more a shock that w6r1 and w6r2 weren't easy yet.
It seems that I gained more fitness during weeks 3 and 4 than I had realised. I think a lot happens over weeks 5 and 6, but it is mainly psychological.
Don't overthink it, just go for a steady pace.

Don't stress about it you have done the training put int the man hours its simply psychological just think that you can do it and you will, you are prepared for it!!! Just make sure you run when you usually do in a good mood etc I find if i try to run when its not my routine day or time of day even it just doesn't work stick to what your doing and you will get there!

Each week is incredible, as you get further from your old unfit self...just look how far you have come and trust the programme. You will do it. Good luck and enjoy your running.
