I'm a first time c25k-er and completed week 3 run 3 yesterday, looking forward to week 4 run 1 tomorrow! A little nervous too as I definitely find run 1 of each week hard. It's been a bit of a surprise to me that run 3 of the week has (so far) always felt achievable, before starting this programme I had no idea that my stamina would improve so quickly.
I've really surprised myself with how much I've enjoyed running. I'm getting up very early and going whilst the majority of the world is still asleep, it's incredibly peaceful and doing wonders for my mental health too!
Good luck to everyone with your c25k journey and I'm looking forward to reading more of your running stories 😊

You’re an early runner like me…welcome up the Early Bird Gang! I also like going out when everyone is still mostly asleep, I really like being the only person out and about 🤗
It’s awesome to hear that your stamina has improved. Happy running!
fabulous post!! Well done on your all of your runs so far…early morning runs are the best..creeping out of the door, trying not to wake anyone…my biggest challenge is not to wake the dog!! Depends where he has decided he’s sleeping to be fair…
Bring outside is obviously doing you the world of good…nothing better than clearing your head so you can tackle whatever the day brings…good luck with your C25k journey…we’re all here cheering you on 👏
