running with the birds

ok…ok..so, I went for a run…I had planned it, where I was going but perhaps forgot to plug my stuff in …..so I ran…yesterday …naked…for the first time …no phone…no watch…no app…and…it…felt

……………wrong…..

I’ve got a suntan line where my watch goes…I wear it day in, day out…it counts my steps…it tracks my sleep…it knows me….it knows my habits..it just knows…

But…yesterday, my steps were in tune with tweets…and I’m not on about twitter..the real tweets…birds…I was running along and the birds were my theme tune…what a fabtabulous song they sing??? My headphones are staying at home if I’m super early!!! How you all feeling about your early morning running?? X

Yes, I think I depend too much on my music to drive me forward that it’s quite hard for me to let go and run with silence.,, or birds. …

But I do have now earplugs that let some of the surrounding noises in, and that’s nice!

Twas a bird that he brought in just for me, at least he didn't drop it on the bed, apparently you are supposed to say thank you as it's a gift, but I just told him to go away so he kept coming back meowing at me

I just love this! Your comment about your watch tan reminded me of the ridiculous runner’s tan I got last year. Bright white feet, bright white watch line and obviously shorts lines! Looked a bit weird in my swimming gear on holiday!!

I know what you mean. I didnt realise id tanned until I swapped my capris for shorts and I have a tan line where the bottom of my capris end.😂😂and of course the obligatory white watch line
