Run 1 of wk 7 done 😁

I'm taking longer to get through the programme with the biggest obstacle being a busy home life and not getting the opportunity to go for a run when I want to.Anyway first run of week 7 complete and my second 25 min run. Have to say I'm very proud of myself and would like to let anyone know know that is a behind me in the programme, and still unable to see themselves run for this long, that if I can do it then so can you 😁 xx

Well done !And yes, life can certainly get in the way.

We can only do what we can when we can .

Enjoy the rest of the programme πŸ‘

Thank you so much for this... encouraging all our new runners here, to have confidence and believe in themselves.

Time is a massive factor for all our awesome parents and carers:), something the Team are going to be looking at in the future... ways we can offer ideas and support:)

You are doing wonderfully and reaching the lovely relaxed runs, is just perfect for letting the newly forming running legs do their stuff.

I wish we could find you the time to do it as much as you would wish...

A HUGE well done to you! On you go x

Well done and it doesn't matter if it takes longer than 9 weeks to get through the programme! The last thing anyone needs is to rush through it and put pressure on yourself!

that’s fantastic! I remember when I completed week 7 it was the 1st time in the whole programme that I knew I was going to finish it. After weeks of self doubt and struggling I knew the end was in sight. Well done for getting your runs in whilst juggling a busy home life - it’s not easy but your nearly at the finish line - good luck x

Well done for sticking with it, despite the challenges of limited time constraints.

It took me 12 weeks to complete the programme first time round due to time constraints and run repeats, and I've lost count of the amount of weeks it's taken me this second time around - still not there yet either!

All you can do is keep on keeping on and enjoy each run as and when you can. You are nearly there - the finish line is in sight πŸ˜€πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
