There is some great advice there to keeo you and your running body safe, and hopefully injury free too ! My own advice... take it slow and steady, keep posting your runs and of course... enjoy!

Thank you! I read this and watched the video. It sounds silly but I hadn't realised how slow the slow jog was. I have followed that advice and I have had a really good week πŸ‘
