Well done you...keep it slow, and steady and do enjoy ! x

Well done , your on your way !Keep hydrated and keep the runs slow 😊👍
thank you. In a million years I never think take it steady. I am always thinking I am not going fast enough.
It may seem counterintuitive but your best aerobic development will come by running at a conversational pace!Anything more is simply too fast !
Yes when you have been running for a while and you have that good base fitness you may want to pick the pace up on some runs , not all though .
Even elite athletes will do around 80% of their runs slowly.
Believe it or not , Running slowly makes faster runners!
Brilliant stuff. well done!

Well done 👏 you have every right to be pleased, keep taking it steady and you will get there 👍
Thank you.
