Well completely shocked myself after running 36:55 last week I just ran it in 35:14 and actually enjoyed it 🎉🎉
What did I do differently I asked myself??
Well I usually run on an empty stomach as I run early, today I had a bowl of porridge 2hrs before and a strong coffee 1hr before. Could be coincidence but I felt so much better even managed a little sprint to the finish line. 🏃♀️🍾.

I’ve only run 5K twice so let’s see if the improvements continue. Think it’ll be staying similar for the next few. Have you done parkrun, it’s great having so many people around you. 🏃♀️😊
