2nd parkrun this time in glorious 4C sunshine.
Well completely shocked myself after running 36:55 last week I just ran it in 35:14 and actually enjoyed it 🎉🎉
What did I do differently I asked myself??
Well I usually run on an empty stomach as I run early, today I had a bowl of porridge 2hrs before and a strong coffee 1hr before. Could be coincidence but I felt so much better even managed a little sprint to the finish line. 🏃♀️🍾.
