Hello everyone,
after completing the W5R2 three times to make sure I would be completely ready to go with the 20', I decided to go for it this morning!
It went surprisingly well, and when I checked the clock I had been running for 12' already and was feeling just fine. I was really careful about my mind playing up but it did not. An interesting podcast was also helpful to get me focussed on listening to it and I settled on my snail pace and did not try to go faster.
Really pleased and looking forward to week 6!
