So I've been keeping the fact I started C25K pretty quiet other than a few close friends, mostly because I was so convinced I wouldn't stick with it, and now I'm here at the start of week 6. Honestly don't know how I managed the 20 minutes at the end of last week, but whilst I felt tired at the end it actually wasn't nearly as impossible as it felt like it would be at the start. I'm starting to think I might actually be able to complete the program! It's a pretty good feeling, and I'm proud of myself😊

You deserve to be very proud of yourself Sprocket85, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 and 2 but be careful about those two runs as they sometimes catches out some people with their interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, only 12 more runs until you graduate
Great progress!I don't doubt that if you have completed week 5 then you can go on to complete the program!
As mentioned by AlMorr take your time with week 6 runs 1 and 2
They are the runs which can trip people up , usually from starting too fast !
You should be... out there, running and rocking it !!! Go you! Slow and steady as you head into Week 6... as Instructor57 says, it tries to trip you up.... no need... you just go into it and do it... and enjoy!
You should be proud- it’s an amazing achievement - keep going , you got this! I’ve just started week 6 aswell, on run 2! Never believed I’d get this far! We are awesome! 🤘🏻
