Here I am after a 4 year layoff. Did C25K back in 2014 (I think) and started doing Parkruns. (Even did four triathlons, but never again). Then, serious back injury in 2019 and I've done nothing, except get fat and unfit, for 4 years.
I noticed that Skipton AC were going to start a group C25K every Thursday, so I joined (having run out of excuses long ago) and have just completed week one.
